Editorial Concept of Hydrocarbon Asia Magazine |

Hydrocarbon Asia is now in its 18th year of existence. Serving the Asia Pacific and Middle east Region, it is a magazine dedicated to the technology of the Refining, Gas Processing and Petrochemical industry in all its forms. Within the pages of the magazine you will find information, based on technical articles from the experts in their respective fields, as well as reports on various topics relating to the industry as a whole. Also within the page of Hydrocarbon Asia you will find head-to-head interviews, case studies and field reports written by our staff or technical correspondents. We also give support to the IT, instrumentation and control of the downstream industry. Covering both Petrochemical plant and processing activities and starting from the technology of Plant Improvement, Refinery Technologies, latest instrumentation through to production, storage and gas handling, transportation etc., we will present articles on all aspects of Gas Processing and related downstream activities. While we are indebted to our regular contributors, we are at all times on the lookout for new material and if you or your company have a technology you would like to share, or a paper you feel deserves publication, please do contact us by e-mail at kalpat@safan.com with your suggestions. Please note that we do not accept articles which have been previously published in other magazines. As Hydrocarbon Asia is BPA audited and our qualifying region is the Asia Pacific and Middle East, we try to publish material of use to this region, but technology is global and we welcome contributions from any source. If there are aspects of the downstream industry you feel are missing from our coverage, please do e-mail us and tell us. We will do our best to supply coverage of that aspect in the future.
